The great and the meh
This is an excellent hotel, with very helpful staff and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, being so close to Campo Grande Park and the Plaza Mayor.
Navigating the parking system can be tricky, and the dining options nearby are somewhat limited, which can hinder exploration.

The parking layout is confusing when you first arrive!!! A lack of soundproofing means that noise from the street can intrude on your peace!!! Please consider a better policy for housekeeping interruptions!!!

I had such a quiet sleep in this room! I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was despite concerns about noise. The staff was professional and quick, making for a smooth experience. Additionally, the room was super clean and had great views of the street that allowed in natural light and a refreshing breeze.
There could be more dining options nearby, as choices were a bit limited.

excellent stay but parking is a hassle
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The staff was genuinely helpful, assisting with local tips that made our visit memorable. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfy king-sized bed. Plus, we found the cozy library-style lobby a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
However, navigating the parking system can be tricky, especially for first-time visitors.

The stay was delightful, highlighted by a spacious, clean room boasting a large bathroom and a fantastic shower. Exceptional service from the staff made for a seamless experience. Breakfast, served rather than buffet-style, was plentiful and delicious, especially the French pastries. However, parking access proved tricky, and the nearby dining options were limited, making it challenging to explore local cuisine.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying how I was allowed to check into my room early and the fantastic bar downstairs where the bartender remembered my drink order! The wellness center and cozy lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Only thing was that the lift system felt a bit unusual, but it didn't bother me much. 😊
